It is always my pick for a short getaway to Johor. It is a short walk to Tebrau Aeon. Less than 8 mins.
Facilities & Amenities is well-prepared.

The room is big and comfy for our 1 night stay.
Walkable distance to Tebrau Aeon.
Towel needs a replacement.

Hotel is within walking distance to Aeon Tebrau about 10 min. There is a water cooler along the corridor.

地点适中，设施还过得去，整洁是唯一的亮点。酒店在大堂提供免费热饮和热水器，但是在早上七点，热饮机没开，自己打开后还要等上8分钟，热水器的水完全不热，这让我太失望了，我以后再不会入住这家酒店。

离开新山市中心有段距离， 相比周围其他已经算不错的了。步行10分钟有大型超市卖场餐馆。 前台印度小哥服务还不错， 一次性的拖鞋原本5马币， 给我免了。

The room is big and it is acceptable just to sleep for 1 night.

Overall is a good stay. Staff was friendly. Location is good. Very near to Aeon mall and Topen n Ikea. Rooms looks a bit old, wallpaper peeled off somewhere. Air conditioner needs to be cleaned more frequently.
